Rental Expectations

*Guests are expected to follow the expectations and rules of the residence. Guests may be asked to depart early if the expectations and rules are not followed.

• The residence can only accommodate up to 6 individuals, anything over 6 must be approved by the owners.

• Check-in after 3:00PM/before 8:00PM and check-out before 11:00AM unless special arrangements are made with the owners.

• Although we love our 4-legged friends and have one of our own, there are no pets allowed. Special accommodations may be made for service pets.

• Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not allowed.

• Events and large gatherings are not allowed on the property due to liability, limited bathroom facilities, parking and owner preference.

• Outdoor quiet hours from Midnight until 7:00AM

• Please close any gates you pass through to assure the pup doesn’t unexpectedly roam off the property.

• Septic System - please refrain from flushing anything but human waste and toilet paper down the toilet as well as not putting food waste down the disposal.

• Please treat the short "easement" or private road (PR) to the residence from the main road as if it were a driveway. Keep to lower speeds to assist with safety, keeping dust down and being a friendly neighbor.

• Please keep doors closed and screens in place. Depending on the time of year along with the rural location of the residence we do not want any uninvited little guests.
