Hi! We are Jay and Chris! We appreciate you taking the time to look into our accommodations on Red Mountain. We have been together for over 25 years and look forward to hosting you during your stay in Washington wine country.

Originally Midwesterners, we are Green Bay Packer fans and University Wisconsin alumni, “On Wisconsin!” In 2013, we relocated to Northern Colorado where fresh mountain air, skiing and craft beer is king. In 2019, we began a new adventure living between Washington and Colorado and by 2020 we were calling Washington home just in time to enjoy the COVID world adventure. When we needed to get out of the house, we found much of our time being spent at local wineries where we found many of our new and current friends. With the help of our Cooper Wine family we were introduced to our newest 4-legged family member, Bacchus, in 2021. Bacchus is the brother/litter mate to the Cooper Winery dog, Buc. We quickly learned this spunky, frisbee fetching, talkative “Roman God of Wine” needed a larger yard. Our dreams of having a B&B one day started to fall into place as we found a property at the bottom of Red Mountain which had the perfect yard for Bacchus and just happened to be minutes away from his brother, Buc. While Bacchus bonded with his brother, we spent 2 years renovating the property and hosted our first guests in September 2023. Although not a full B&B we love having the opportunity to provide accommodations and meet new people. Over the years we’ve had the opportunity to meet many wonderful people, some of whom have become friends. Nothing like a nice glass of wine and a friendly black lab to bring people together. Here’s to the future in meeting many more wonderful people and possibly sharing a wonderful bottle of Washington wine.
